Garden city combines rural house with a garden with ideal urban planning – focusing on economical and hierarchical use of space. It is meant for people, who seek peace in the middle of the city. Who yearn to possess a piece of land to grow tomatoes. Who wish not to be afraid to let their either cat or children play outside. Some feel comfortable being part of the community, others prefer to lock themselves up as individuals. Both options are available due to well defined boundaries and property ownership. Garden city can vary according to its context
