Nearby there are three-storey buildings from the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, which, together with the adjacent buildings, clearly exceed the houses bordering the site. The proposed building of the apartment building, with its height and bend in the rear part of the building, follows on from the taller surrounding buildings. The proposed building is located on land adjacent to the existing cottage. The goal was to create an object that would preserve this cottage, let it "live on", and create the conditions for a new building to be built here after the existing cottage is demolished.
