Zahrádky - Hiking refuge and accomodation

This project consists on the renovation of a farmer cow barn building currently not used in the brewery area of the village Zahrádky. The goal for this building in a current bad state is to renovate it into a refuge welcoming hikers of the region. It will allow to attract more tourists in this small village already working well to visit the countryside and promote the reach architectural heritage of Zahrádky.The refuge which can welcome 24 people for the night, is composed of a small bar-restaurant and a chill area for hikers to be comfortable on the ground floor, some dormitories and private rooms, on the upper floor. It is also composed of an apartement on the small volume of the barn building for the house-owners working at the refuge.
