PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTER - APARTMENT BUILDING

The Prague Congress Center, formerly the Palace of Culture, was originally the venue for communist conventions. Today, the building offers offices, educational, cultural events and leisure activities. Nevertheless, the PCC area does not live much of city life. And that´s exactly what we tried to change. We surrounded it with new buildings that will help create a lively urban public space. The aim of the project was to design an apartment building for the new development, which will make maximum use of the views of Prague, revitalize the communication space around the PCC and bring new visitors and users here. 2 floors of underground garages, public spaces on the 1st floor and 6th floor serving housing in 4+kk/2+kk with a total of 15 apartments.
