BLEISURE/URBAN HUB ABOVE THE RAILWAY TUNNEL

The Urban Hub next to the Main Station in Prague represents an innovative approach to the multifunctional use of space in the city center. This project emphasizes the harmonious combination of work, residential and recreational environments, supporting a dynamic but sustainable lifestyle. The main characteristic lies in the creation of interior landscaping that resembles a natural landscape. This approach transforms traditional indoor spaces into a living, organic and dynamic ecosystem. Concept and Design: The heart of the project is a green atrium, which acts as a natural oasis in the middle of the city bustle and connects different parts of the building. The atrium is not only an aesthetic element, but also a key element for ensuring the microclimate and sustainability of the entire complex. Co-working spaces are spread throughout the building, offering a flexible working environment for freelancers, start-ups and corporations. These spaces are designed to encourage creativity, collaboration, and at the same time provide plenty of privacy. One of the unique elements of the Urban Hub is the double facade, which not only increases the energy efficiency of the building, but also creates an intermediate space that serves as a walkway. This walkway acts as a terrace, providing unique views of the city and offering space for relaxation and informal gatherings. Conclusion: Urban Hub is more than just a building; it is a living organism that responds to the needs of the modern city. Its multifunctional character, connection with nature and innovative architectural solutions show the way to the future direction of urban development, where sustainability, functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand.
