All Saints' Church Stvolínky

Many times rebuilt, the originally Gothic church faced abandonment and neglect after the World War II, similarly to the entire area of the Českolipsko region and the border zone. The remains of the interior equipment were looted in the 1990s, so only the desolate interior and neglected exterior have been preserved to this day. In my studio work, I propose the rehabilitation of the church as a place of renewed search for historical roots and identity, but also a place of meeting and cultural life.
