Annotation
Seven residential buildings resembling villas are set in a sloping plot. The main emphasis is placed on the comfort of flats, views, feeling of safety, privacy. Loggias, terraces and small private gardens increase the comfort of living. New streets will allow easier access and orientation. The quality of a public space is enhanced by the proposal. The atmosphere of the place should change over time due to the diverse composition of deciduous trees, shrubs and flowers.
