ORIONKA - Apartment building

The apartment building is located on Orionka Square in Prague 10-Vinohrady. The sloping plot of land is surrounded on the north by the busy Korunní Street, on the south by Benešovská Street, and on the east by a quiet Hradešínská Street. The apartment building is connected to the existing northern dense buildings. Due to the connection to the surroundings, the sixth floor is bounced off, creating spacious terraces with a view. The project is painted in two shades of gray with distinctive burgundy window frames. Balconies alternate from the south façade, thanks to which people have the opportunity to observe what is happening in the adjacent park as well. There are commercial spaces and also utility rooms for inhabitants on the ground floor level.
