Multifunctional building Mečislavova / Čestmírova

The subject of the solution is a plot of land at the intersection of Mečislavova and Čestmírova streets, which is located in Prague, in the Nusle district. The proposed building is a multifunctional house, which complements the existing block of urban development with its mass. The building is divided on the upper floors into residential and hotel parts, which are different in their facade.
