The appartment building in Pragovka industrial area consists of two symmetrical four-storey blocks connected by external roads, which lead from the central staircase to the individual apartments. The essence of the concept is the use of common outdoor spaces and greenery for comfortable and sustainable living. The semi-public park square or a gallery with climbing plants offer cozy places for relaxation. The green roof provides space for various activities such as barbecues or gardening in the greenhouses.
