The concept is situated in a city district of Kreuzeberg, Berlin. This location has a huge potential thanks to its proximity to downtown. This potential is supported by a Strategic plan of Berlin for 2030, which this given area is part of. The atmosphere of this place leaves a diverse impression and yet with a smooth connection of different styles, opinions, personalities and events. The aim of our project was not only creating a neat place for a stay and living, but also to open a horizon for wider range of people and provide them with reasonable living. Concept - dividing parcels into three "stripes" which symbolically stand for groups of people that would meet and unite here. To express it, the "stripes" are coming together in a floor plan.
