Coworking and Coliving

The proposal deals with the issue of building up two empty plots at the intersection of the streets Jindřišská and Růžová in the historical centre of Prague. The solution respects the surrounding buildings and the values of the place. It brings several new uses through new buildings - coworking and coliving, but also through the modification of the courtyard, which consist of the park, sports field and playground. The building looks very quietly from the street and it allows views and it grows greenery from the courtyard.
