Residental housing at U Lužického semináře

Plot where is building designed is located in Malá strana and is now being used as a park. Location is picked due to historical kontext as house called "Jelenovský dům" stood here until the end of 19th century. Proposed building is residental housing with commercial ground floor. Fasade is verticaly divided using cornice which in ground floor is follows up into significat "open arcade".
