Annotation
The historical centre of Prague, New Town, Jindřišská and Růžová streets. The project of contemporary architecture in a place where a relic of a medieval situation has been preserved. The designed complex of three houses, aimed at young people, creates a quiet place for work and study in the busy city centre. The project is based on three basic pillars - mass simplicity, abstraction and the tower motif. The completed block surrounds the former rose garden, which would be a sin to build.
