Benátky - regeneration of a traditional vernacular house

The settlement of Benátky is located close to Turnov. The area of interest is sloping and there is a log house and a barn on it, next to it is the owner's field. I propose the reconstruction of the log cabin for the purpose of seasonal living of the owner and the reconstruction of the barn into rentable apartments. I suggest sheep breeding in the adjacent field. The log cabin is based on the original layout, a bathroom and a residential attic have been added. The ground floor has a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and cellar. The attic serves as a living room with a place for occasional sleeping. There is a summer kitchen in the cellar. In each of the two floors of the barn there is one apartment with two bedrooms. Car parking is provided within the plot.
