The building is located in the northern part of the incomplete block in Otakarova street in Nusle. A place that is currently quite neglected and inhospitable, awaiting rebirth in the near future. New metro station, above whose north vestibule is building designed will become the driving force of development of the whole neighbourhood. On the ground floor the building recedes from the street line and thus creating an arcade with entrances to the metro, to offices, buildings and retail space.
