APARTMENT HOUSE PARDUBICE - PROKOPKA

I based my design on strict modulation. I was looking for a simple module that could be applied to different types of flats and would create simple and comfortable spaces. The flats consist of different compositions of cubes, which can be put together into different shapes. The form of the house is a cube made of cubes, which is opened to the south, to the semi-private space of the fenced raised yard. So, the apartments get more sunlight and large open terraces. The form of the house creates the space of the yard, supports contact with the yard and thus contributes to the generation of relationships between neighbors. The modulation of the interior spaces is also reflected on the facades. This connects the house to the panel houses in the neighborhood and helps it to fit the context.
