The project deals with a difficult site of triangular shape with minimal size and seeks solutions to build up the site with contemporary architecture witch takes the surrounding historic buildings of the Prague district of Výtoň into account. The proposed building is a polyfunctional building that offers four new flats with all standards of modern living and also brings a new commercial space for the district.
