Břevnov housing

Břevnov are terraces, steps, walls and walls, fences, gates, vistas and views, courtyards, nooks. The land for which I am designing my is located on the border between solitary family villas and blocks of flats, between quiet streets around Břevnov villas and busy Bělohorská street, between low three-storey buildings and six-storey houses. Therefore it seems obvious that the form of the house will also be a bit on the border. The location on a steep slope allows the building to be, on the one hand, low townhouses and, on the other hand, high apartment buildings. The houses act as solitaires, but are perched on a common plinth. On the plinth between the individual houses there is then what is typical for Břevnov - terraces, steps, walls…
