Residential house - Prokopka

This project is located on the site where used to be an old factory called Prokopka. Today we can find there only a green area. The subject of this project was a lot in the eastern part of the area. I tried to create a compact residential house with rental spaces on the ground floor. The mass graduates towards the corner of the house. the house copies the street line which is broken only by the residential entrance on the corner. The artistic concept of the facade is inspired by the industrial history of the site. The main material is brick cladding and copilit panels which are used for the vertical communication in the courtyard.
