Housing Podbělohorská

With my design, I create a structure consisting of row and apartment houses, which creates a kind of interior area, a emotionally protected common area, which at the same time allows transmittance through the whole structure and offers various uses from growing in the community garden,to joint actions of neighbors, such as barbecue,to playing children in the playground. The space is conceived mostly as an informal orchard with a gazebo in the middle and a place reserved for a community garden. A children's playground is also located in the immediate vicinity of the orchard. This space is lined from the north and west by apartment buildings. From the south and east it is lined with two rows of terraced houses, which then converge and form an alley between each other between private gardens.
