Bridgehead Palmovka

The design of the apartment building is located on the bridgehead of Palmvoka. The apartment house of the gallery type is oriented from the north to the street from the south to the park. Towards the street, a green facade with a monumental staircase was chosen, which is in line with the park in the background and creates a pleasant environment of the gallery. To the south side of the park are oriented apartments with large loggias to create privacy and French windows for as much light access to the apartments as possible.The sloping wall module allows compliance with the minimum width of the room and regulation of the size of the apartment with sufficient accaccess to light to the living rooms and the creation of more affordable housing.
