Living in the city - Prague Zlíchov

In the studio of Professor Lábus, on a relatively sloping plot of land on Nový Zlíchov Street, we prepared a proposal, the content of which was to include apartments for employees of the city district and at the same time provide space for commerce (grocery store). Even when looking at the land, it was clear that it would be necessary to respond to the steep terrain, which slopes in both directions. The land is located in a relatively quiet peripheral part of Prague. It is adjacent to the development of disparate family houses on the north side, on the south side it offers a view of the high school (arts and crafts) and on the west side in the direction of a relatively steep climb, the land is a neighbor to solitary villas.
