Pentagon Palmovka

The aim of the project Pentagon that is situated near the tram crossway and the underground station Palmovka is to develop an underused area and to start building a new built-up area near the future town hall of Praha 8. The block incorporates many different functions as apartment buildings, office centers and facilities for leisure time as well. The project takes into account the future housing development and follows the urban planning project that was discussed at the beginning of the semester.
