INFORMATION CENTER AND OUTLOOK PORTA BOHEMICA

In Roudnice nad Labem, there is a water tower on the river bank, which served as a water supply for steam locomotives. The tower ceased to fulfill its role at a time when steam locomotives were no longer used and today the building is abandoned. Around the tower is located a relatively frequently used bicycle path that stretches along the river. Our task was to create an information center, a gallery and a café for the participants of the bicycle path, and at the same time to create a lookout on the tower, which would become an interesting tourist destination.
