Residential and administrative block next to the Prague Congress Centre

The Prague Congress Center is one of the most visited cultural destinations in the city of Prague and as such should be located in an environment that corresponds to its status. In the current situation, however, the KCP is surrounded by a maze of roads that cut it off from the surroundings. It is necessary to design not only architecture, but also to completely redesign the traffic situation in the area. Emptying of land behind the KCP creates a space ideal for the design of a block of flats, mixing a residential and administrative function, which creates the a courtyard with greenery and posing, that is open for anyone to visit.
