KOKOŘÍN - PUBLIC BATH AND HOTEL

In my opinion, based on the characteristics of the site, a medium sized intervention should be created, which does not dominate the environment, but rather creates opportunities to make proper use of it. The community bath building is singlestorey, with gable roof that gaters the functions below with inner and outer areas. The hotel building consist of a bar, which serves also the visitors to the bath, and sixteen rooms of accomodation with private bathrooms and balconies.
