The area intended for the construction of a new apartment building is located at sloping terrain of Stranovský hill. The intention was to create an apartment building that, with its scale, would fit into an environment with different heights of buildings. Densely expanded greenery helps maintain an ideal microclimate within the building and provides space for relaxation and small games. It thus creates a given added value for people within the object. In my proposal, I tried to keep the "human scale" so that the apartment building would not act powerfully as a barrier, but would complete the street and provide space for people. The building faces east towards the main driveway.
