Nowadays the city center is currently overloaded with the number of residential and office units. At the same time the number of parking spaces is a big problem. This idea consists of creating an area directly above the Central Station track. The concept ensures the creation of an area for comfortable and simple communication near the city's main transfer station. The area includes office and sports units, buildings for short-term (hotel) and long-term accommodation (residential residences), recreation area and a shopping mall. In this project, the concept of a shopping center is developed in more detail, taking into account the analysis of the function of existing and projected buildings.
