Zlíchov Apartment House

The task was to design an apartment building in Zlíchov. The main criteria that determined the final appearance of the building were the slope, a nice view of Prague to the east and the scale of Zlíchov. The main facade of the house is oriented to the east, it offers large windows that, when viewed from the exterior, reflect Prague. The color of the facade emphasizes the articulation of the facade, which helps to visually connect to the original buildings. On the west side, the original trees are preserved. In addition to the store, there are 10 flats in the house, of which four 1 + kk, three 2 + kk and three 3 + kk. Some of the apartments also have a terrace.
