Zátavská nábreží recreation for swimmers

The assigment of the summer semester was to design and reconstruct the area of ​​today's traffic playground on Zátavské nábřeží which is in close touch with river Otava in Pisek. The proposal focuses on the recreation of swimmers. The waterfront is open via terraced stairs and leads trough green meadow into old building. On the side is a building for changing rooms and showers. In the old building of the former paper mill, a pub with a small kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a view of the river was established on the first floor. The second floor serves as a community center for rental or holding city events.
