THREE HOUSES
Annotation
Crossroads of Jindřišská and Růžová, two plots, two streets, three houses.
The design of the houses, which complement the structure in the very center of the city, tries to preserve the character and poetics of the place. At first glance, hard and serious, but towards the alleys, this formality is broken.
On the corner of Jindřišská and Růžová streets stands a Neo-Renaissance house, which has two blind facades, ready to complete the structure. I design an apartment building with a restaurant on the ground floor in Jindřišská Street.
Růžová street according to the rose garden, which was once located in these places.
I design two volumes for the land. It is possible to walk through the crack into the garden, which still retains its charm.
