Polyfunctional house Palmovka

The house on Palmovka is composed of simple mass, which are individually stacked on top of each other according to the operational functions of the building. Across the house there is a significantly elevated passage through several floors, through which there is a green terrace passing overhead. The passage is surrounded by a mass of a co-working center connected to the ground floor with shops and on the other side of the passage a wellness center, which with its mass forms a base for apartment buildings standing on it.
