Living in the city

The task this year was to create an apartment building in a gap in Prague on Výton. The biggest challenge was to place the apartment building so that it did not interfere with the surrounding buildings.On the ground floor there is an entrance to the apartment building, but also to a small operation with facilities. This residential building is characterized mainly by a glass staircase, which is oriented towards the street. At the very top there is a gazebo with a terrace, as the housing units do not have a balcony.On each floor there is one apartment unit 2 + kk (), so together there are 4 apartments in an apartment building. Each apartment has a spacious living room, unconventional in shape with a view of the Vltava.The main building material is reinforced concrete, which is insulated
