Winery and Restaurant

This portfolio is the reslut of the researches held by the students of the Faculty of Architecture of CTU, involved in the Hanson’s Studio. This studo aims at designing a winery near the town of Slavonice, Czech Republic. This document is therefore a summary of all the information found about the town of Slavonice, as well as case studies of wineries and vineyards. It includes the entire development of the design by Franziska Witt, from beginning to end. Starting with the documents from the workshop with the Austrian students, that led me to my vision, followed by my design criterias and my proposal.
