Annotation
From the north the calm of the Botič and Grébovka, from the south the bustle of the street and the railway. In the wider centre of Prague, on a site overlooked for years, I propose a deconstructed city block as a response to the current housing crisis. A shortage of housing, high rental prices and an unregulated real estate market.
