Housing Holešovice

An apartment building should make a positive contribution not only to the lives of its inhabitants but also to the overall structure of society. Holešovice is one of the most gentrified areas of Prague, which I perceive as an important aspect of city life. I am responding to this problem by proposing a wide range of apartments that should be attractive to both the young family and the older generation. The mass of the house seamlessly follows the original level of development and connects it with the newly defined density of the city. By using a heavy wooden skeleton together with a durable sheet metal facade, I try to minimize the impact of the building on the environment. Each apartment has a loggia or terrace facing the street.
