The proposal deals specifically with the functions of housing and kindergarten. The largest volume of the group is housing. These are primarily small flats - studios designed for students or as starting housing for young couples. However, there is a whole range of apartments - from the mentioned predominant studios to spacious maisonettes
with terraces in the residential roofs. The apartments on the upper floors have a view of Masaryk Square.
