Palmovka - residential building near a park

The project of an apartment building in Palmovka follows the urban design of the park at the footprint of the former railway line. The long green line influenced the layout of the ground floor and, above all, inspired the design of small passages in the semi-private part of the apartment building. One enters the hall and through a small staircase (balancing the higher terrain of the park with a meter lower entrance level), of course, has the opportunity to go home or continue straight to the park. The glass door at the main entrance work with the door on the opposite side of the park, so that the greenery and light invite you out into a small but nice piece of nature in the city, and with it the warm feeling of home.
