Apartment building with a hall Zátory
Annotation
Density. On a plot complicated in shape, I design a townhouse with a universal hall in the courtyard. These are two distinct buildings connected by a bridge. The house to the street offers a classic city parterre and a commercial area, on the ground floor of the hall there is a bar/foyer. On the second floor, there is the hall itself, which is connected by a bridge to the main building, in which the background is located. The upper floors contain 15 residential units - mainly 2kk-4kk. The overall geometric complexity of the plot is reflected both on the facade, which is broken through the bay window and in the floor plans of the apartments, which are composed and shaped in individual rooms. I tried to find the optimal ratio between the built-up area, the mass, and height.
