Pyramida hotel in Břevnov - alternative urban design

The proposal deals with an alternative solution of the development in the territory of Břevnov. The key elements of the design are a prolonging of a streetfront in Bělohorská Street, creating a pedestrian connection through the site and a preservation of the hotel facility. The main public space of the locality is Bělohorská Street, where the commercial parterre is situated. In the lower part of the area is a hotel building serving as a barrier house against noise pollution. Above the street crossings a large public park was design to enable pedestrian acces through the area.
