The Pankrác Plain is a locality with a great potential - the potential for the creation of a new local center for Prague 4 and also with the potential for the emergence of city-wide high-rise landmarks. The solved area is connected by the east-west axis, which lines from Kavčí hory to Družstevní ochoz near Tyršův vrch. This green axis is an important compositional element, and therefore we can find a park and a forest park with a view in Kavčí hory and a forest park by the Družstevní ochoz in the east. In the other direction, we can find a communication biaxial consisting of Na Pankráci and 5. května streets. Near the intersection of the east-west and north-south axes, we can find the heart of the locality, where the commercial square is located.
