Administrative building

We can see a nine-storey administrative building with an underground parking floor, located in Prague 8, Těšnov. On the ground floor of the building there are shopping spaces, two escape stairs, a car lift and an entrance hall, from which stairs and lifts lead to higher floors and a separate staircase leading to the underground garages. From the second to the eight floor there are office spaces. Offices are divided into modules for two, four or six people. The ground floor is glazed and the façade of the upper floors is plastered with white plaster, complemented with opening windows and a corner glazed arch. In place of this arch is a conference room in every floor accept the ground floor. The building looks very simple and thanks to the arch it seems graceful.
