VELESLAVÍN - ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING WITH CAFÉ

The project of mine is designed as administrative offices within café in ground floor. Project is situated in the gap between Adamova and Pod Dvorem streets in Veleslavín. Mass of 1. Floor is created as symmetric edge of land’s shape. Upper floors cover whole edge of the street by its mass. Thanks to chosen material and recessive mass, the building is getting optical illusion of levitation. Building has 2 underground floors belong to parking lots. Café and utility room are situated in ground floor. Floors 2, 3 and 4 belong to administrative section, where each floor can be operated solitary. The 5th floor is dedicated to social and relax zone with terrace. The terrace contains designing frames, which follow up roof shape of the house in Pod Dvorem street.
