Pankrac

Pankrac is an area with great potential. There is still a huge number of brownfields and undeveloped areas. It is a very diverse area in terms of development. In our proposal, we dealt with the design of new residential development in these places - Cooperative Walkway, Water Park, Pankrac Boulevard, Kavčí hory and Podolí. Each area has its own characteristic development, where we take into account the scale of the surrounding development. As part of the administrative pentagon, we decided to fill in the blind spots to unite the whole block. At the same time, we designed a landmark, or the center point of the entire Pankrác, which is projected into important Prague panoramas - a skyscraper located right in the middle of the entire pentagon.
