BREATHNUT

The BREATHNUT breathing pavilion is a light installation that creates space for joint meditation and relief. The installation encourages passers-by to enter the space of the pneumatic inflatable structure and thus adapt to the common rhythm of the breath. The light in the middle changes brightness and intensity to visually support the deep breathing technique, designed to bring peace and relaxation from city life. The BREATHNUT is a mobile sculpture, which interacts in two directions - public space, its functions and the use of a person's intimacy and experiencing the present moment through breath.
