BOTANICA

The project is located on the site of the former Praga factory. The project responds to the planned construction of a school on the Pragovka campus. The project complements the running of the student community and creates a space for work, eating, but also relaxation. The design uses materials such as bricks, concrete, steel, and glass. The BOTANICA object is shaped like a brick block complete with glass elements with a web pattern. In the yarn, there is a restaurant and greenhouse on the floor above the cowork and on the top floor, a restaurant with a relax zone.
