Apartment building Vlašim

The study is about design of an apartment building in Vlašim, which complements the urbanism in the center of the town with new buildings and a new park on place of the former cemetery. The house is situated on the corner of the newly created small square. The characteristic of the building is the receding crown floor intended for loft flats and also the curve motif, which appears on the corner of the building and also in the floor plans of the flats. The ground floor offers commercial space and space for a low-threshold center. The four-storey building offers a wide range of apartments allowing views of the surrounding greenery of the park and courtyard.
