VELESLAVÍN - ATRIUM HOUSE

Atrium house is designed as a multifunctional house. This building offers the inhabitants of Veleslavín spaces where they can meet and create cultural events. It is a five-storey house. Four above-ground and one underground floor are connected by a lift and by a staircase. The atrium is one of the most important elements of the building. It illuminates the two highest floors. The building has a lot of functions. The basement is equipped with underground parking and utility rooms. There is a cafe on the ground floor. A space for an association is created on the first floor. On the next floor it is possible to attend a dance school. The top floor is used for relaxation. There is a chill out zone, a mini bistro, a library and a residential terrace with a bar.
