Multifunctional houses Ostrava Přívoz

The designed building is located in Přívoz in the center of Ostrava. The goal of the project was to create a set of buildings that would bring new inhabitants and finances to the territory. The target group is young educated people of working age, for whom modern rentable flats, jobs in offices and shops will be created. The functions in the buildings are divided into floors so that there is no mutual interference of residents and construction workers. Non-public common terraces and courtyards at both buildings should create space for users meetings and recreation.
